Our neuromuscular dentistry practice utilizes the Myotronics K7 Evaluation System for a comprehensive computerized analysis of your bite and bite function. Electromyography and sonography allow us to track the movements of your jaw as well as your jaw’s ideal resting position.
In many cases of TMJ/TMD treatment, we use the latest in-office and take-home transcutaneous electrical neural stimulation (TENS) units to help patients relax their jaw muscles and joints, which in turn promotes the jaw’s settling into proper alignment and relieving discomfort.
