Why are we reminding you of this now? Because October is National Dental Hygiene Month, and while we believe dental hygiene is a year-round endeavor, this is an excellent occasion to pause and reflect on just how simple oral health can be.

Dental hygiene is incredibly important, but it’s also quite simple. What do you need to do to keep your teeth and gums healthy? Brush your teeth twice a day with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
